About

Inspired by the concept of the isovist as a way to represent the volume of space visible from a given vantage point, it is designed to establish an isovist between the viewer and a minimum of three artworks.

ISOVIST presents three exhibitions each year. In the fall, a guest-curated show is dedicated to Yale student and alumni work. The winter exhibition is part of the annual CCAM Symposium, and in the spring, the CCAM Studio Fellows show their work.

ISOVIST was recently featured in The Brooklyn Rail.

Admission

ISOVIST is open to the public by appointment Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (email ccam@yale.edu), and to Yale community members Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
