
Nate Britton
CCAM MIX Guest Art Director (2026–2027)
Nate Britton is a projection designer, educator, and multimedia artist from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is currently a second-year MFA candidate in Projection Design at the David Geffen School of Drama. His professional design work spans projection design for theater, dance, and opera productions throughout New Orleans, the Gulf South, and now Connecticut. He has worked with organizations including Mélange Dance Company, Jefferson Performing Arts Society, Le Petit Théâtre Du Vieux Carré, Columbia Theatre, and 225 Theatre Collective.
Nate holds a BA in Art with concentrations in Visual Art and Theatre Design from Southeastern Louisiana University. In addition to design for performance, Nate has also shown his visual art throughout the South, as well as internationally at galleries including the Glassel Gallery, the historic Degas House, Public Access Memories, and the Czong Institute for Contemporary Art.
