Alvin Ashiatey

Alvin Ashiatey is a designer from Tema, Ghana, now based in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned his BFA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2015 and his MFA from Yale University in 2022.
Alvin was the inaugural Yale CCAM/Yale School of Art Postgraduate Fellow. He has also taught at Mason Gross and Rutgers University. Alvin’s work blends Ghanaian influences with a combination of technology.
