Elora Sparnicht is a Yale junior studying Cognitive Science and a writer, producer, director, and production photographer for film and theater on campus.

She is the former President and current CFO of the Yale Cinemat, Yale’s undergraduate film production company, and the writer/co-director of the Yale Dramatic Association’s SLAMMED, which runs at the University Theater from February 19 to 21, 2026.

Her short film, The Lethe, which she co-wrote and acted in, has screened at festivals including LA Shorts, the Catalina Film Festival, the Newport Beach Film Festival, and San Francisco’s Another Hole in the Head Film Festival, where it won Best U.S. Featurette.
