The CCAM Leeds Studio is equipped with motion capture, theatrical lighting, immersive multi-channel sound, projection, and other cutting-edge creative technical systems, including:

Vicon Motion Capture System with 20 Vicon V5 infrared cameras

6 Epson Pro L1100U LCD Projectors (7000-Lumen) to 6 black-out window screens

2 Epson EB-PU2010W (10,000-Lumen) to presentation screens in front and back of room

Podium with built-in QSys NV-21-HU system connected to Planar PCT2235 Monitor

1 Allen & Heath SQ5 Soundboard connected to:

• 8 QSC K8 speakers
• 4 Shure ULXD2 handheld microphones
• 1 ETC Element lighting console board connected to:
• 8 ETC PAR Source Four white lights
• 5 Elation Professional SIXBAR 1000 LED RGB lights

For using Zoom or recording from anywhere in room:

• 4 QSC cameras built into ceiling (controlled by screen on podium)
• 4 circular microphones built into ceiling (controlled by screen on podium)
• 1 DTEN (large rolling screen with camera)

Access

The studio is reserved for use by CCAM events, CCAM Sponsored Courses, the CCAM Studio Fellowship, and selected Yale College Creative and Performing Arts (CPA) Awards projects.

The use of this and all CCAM spaces is subject to Undergraduate Production, Environmental Health and Safety, and all other university guidelines.
